Active, energetic people who participate in sports, swimming and outdoor activities can benefit greatly from essential oils. How can you use essential oils?

1. For the prevention of muscle injuries and diseases caused by high athletic loads

Before a workout (a warming, muscle-toning blend):

  • rosemary essential oil – 2 drops;
  • Geranium essential oil – 6 drops
  • Peppermint essential oil – 1 drop;
  • Cinnamon leaf essential oil – 1 drop.

Dilute this mixture with 15-20ml (tablespoon) of vegetable oil (almond or grapeseed oil can be used) or massage cream. Rub this mixture into arm and leg muscles for not more than 1-2 minutes.

2. After the workout (muscle relaxing mixture):

Eucalyptus essential oil – 5 drops;
Peppermint essential oil – 5 drops;
Nutmeg essential oil – 5 drops.
Dilute this mixture with 15-20 ml (tablespoon) of vegetable oil (almond or grapeseed oil can be used) or massage cream. Rub the resulting mixture into the muscles of the arms and legs for no more than 1-2 minutes.

3. For muscle pain after a workout (to eliminate lactic acid):

rosemary essential oil – 5 drops;
Eucalyptus essential oil – 5 drops;
Cinnamon leaf essential oil – 5 drops.
Dilute this mixture with 15 – 20ml (tablespoon) of vegetable oil (almond or grape seed oil can be used) or massage cream. Rub this mixture into arm and leg muscles for not more than 1-2 minutes.

4. For the prevention of foot fungal diseases (before and after exercise):

pine essential oil – 5 drops;
Lemongrass essential oil – 1 drop.
Dilute this mixture with 5-7 ml (teaspoon) of vegetable oil (almond or grape seed oil can be used) or massage cream. Rub this mixture into arm and leg muscles for not more than 1-2 minutes.

5. Before competitions for stress prevention:

rosemary essential oil – 2 drops;
bergamot essential oil – 3 drops;
geranium essential oil – 2 drops;
Ylang-ylang essential oil – 1 drop.
Dissolve the resulting mixture in about half a cup of emulsifier (milk, kefir, wine, salt, etc.). Take a bath with this mixture on the eve of the competition for no more than 15 minutes at a water temperature of 36-37 degrees.

6. After the competition to relieve stress:

bergamot essential oil – 4 drops;
ylang-ylang essential oil – 2 drops;
rosemary essential oil – 2 drops.
Dissolve the resulting mixture in about half a cup of emulsifier (milk, kefir, wine, salt, etc.). Take a bath with this mixture after the competition for no more than 15 minutes at a water temperature of 36-37 degrees.

7. For disinfecting and preventing viral diseases

Drop 2-3 drops of On GUARD oil into the diffuser
